Eilya AI is a lead management and customer communication platform powered by artificial intelligence. It integrates with WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Facebook Lead Ads to help businesses automate customer interactions in Arabic.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Eilya AI to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages.
  • Violate WhatsApp, Facebook, or Google platform policies.
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
  • Collect data without proper consent from your customers.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Eilya AI connects to third-party services including Google, Meta (Facebook/WhatsApp), and Anthropic. Your use of these integrations is also subject to each provider's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any changes or interruptions to those third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Eilya AI platform are owned by Eilya Tech and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eilya AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost leads, missed appointments, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
