  • Account information: name, email address, and business details you provide during onboarding.
  • Google account data: OAuth tokens to access Google Calendar and Google Sheets on your behalf (read/write).
  • Facebook page data: page access tokens to receive and manage Facebook Lead Ads.
  • WhatsApp conversation data: messages sent and received through your WhatsApp Business number.
  • Lead data: names, phone numbers, and interaction history of your customers.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the Eilya AI platform.
  • To automate responses to customer messages using AI.
  • To book appointments on your Google Calendar.
  • To export lead data to your Google Sheets.
  • To receive and process leads from your Facebook ads.
  • To send you service-related communications.

4. Google API Data

Eilya AI's use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google data to provide and improve the features visible to you in our platform. We do not sell, transfer, or use Google user data for advertising.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (e.g., Google, Meta, Anthropic AI).

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at contact@eilyatech.com.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also revoke Google or Facebook OAuth access at any time through your Google Account settings or Facebook settings.
